  1. Hyplus Specifications

  3.    To best understand Hyplus specifications, first run HyperRez
  4.    or download HYPERREZ.ARC from my BBS system (415-540-6114).

  6.    HyperRez is a memory-resident runtime program that introduces
  7.    the concepts of hypertext.  It includes essays on benefits, philosophy,
  8.    and background using a hypertext format.  HYPLUS and HyperRez are:

  10.    Identical:
  11.         Key commands            - UP, DOWN, RIGHT, LEFT
  12.         Scroll commands         - Home, End, PgUp, PgDn, Plus, Minus
  13.         Types of ASCII jumps    - File, screen, line, word
  14.         Beginning               - START.TXT
  15.         Change base directory   - CD path jump to new START.TXT
  16.         Backstep jumps          - LEFT returns to previous base directories
  17.  
  18.    Minor differences:
  19.         Horizontal scroll       - Hyplus limited to 80 column display
  20.         File size               - Hyplus has no size limits with ASCII files
  21.         Other                   - Different colors and exit commands
